| At Mats Persgården you can live all year around, in a renovated house from the seventeenth century on a old genuine Roslagsfarm. We have room for 8 persons in double and single rooms. You'll be welcomed by nice dogs, sociable sheep with their lambs, and happy chickens - whose fresh eggs we serve you for breakfast. You'll find the farm 3 km south of the idyllic fishing community of Grisslehamn on the north peak of the island Väddö. It's a walking distance to the Väddö bay and 2 km to sand beaches and cliff beaches by the Åland Sea. At winter you can put on your skates and go skating on the ices of the bays. |

Bed & Breakfast
Sleep well and wake up to the roosters calling. We serve our breakfast buffe in our old farm kitchen. Home made bread and eggs from our happy freely moving chicken and hens.

Self subsistent houshold
Rent our 8 beds and cook your own meals. Here you can gather the family, friends or work mates for company and party. Do you wish to have our tasty breakfast, we'll just put it in the fridge at your arrival. Linen and cleaning are exclusive. Sommertime you can enjoy the sunset on the lovely terrace.

Activities
There are a lot of special places to visit; the atelje and museum of Albert Engström. The Eckerö-line ferry will take you to Åland in 2 hours. Visit the lighthouse Svartklubben, visit the fishing cottages in the harbour, Postrodden and the Maritime museum in Älmsta, Kista Hembygdsgård.
At Mats Persgården you can rent bikes and our sauna. We also offer treatments and massage. |
